Anda to Dumaguete GPX Track
FREE
Head over to the other side of Bohol and take the ferry to Cebu Island. Where you’ll head south and take the ferry to Negros Island.
Description
The last stretch of the first half of the Philippines round-trip adventure. Finally arrive in Dumaguete crossing several islands.
First ride across Bohol to Tagbilaran and take the ferry to Cebu Island before heading south towards the port taking you to Negros Island.
On Cebu you’ll ride on a busy highway again full of heavy and fast traffic.
Still, this road follows the coast down and more than a few times you’ll be treated with tropical blue waters below/near the road.
At the Tagbilaran port, there should be a ferry company that has ships going to Cebu Island a few times per day. Service may be irregular. Check with the port authorities and the ferry company when the boat goes and if they expect it to go at all.
The ferry from Cebu Island to Negros Island goes every 20 minutes or so and (when we were there) requires no actual paperwork.
