An exciting ride from Puerto Escondido to Oaxaca de Juarez through high mountain ranges and a arid landscape.
Description
Leave the beaches of Puerto Escondido behind and traverse right through the middle of Oaxaca state towards it’s Capital Oaxaca de Juarez, Or Oaxaca for short.
Ride along the coast to catch the highway northeast which leads through a mountain range with elevations of up to 3500 meters to come out to an arid region leading to Oaxaca de Juarez.
Originally we had a different track in mind, but the roads were impassable due to landslides. Check out track t032 if you want to try it anyway.
